Indie News: Martian Marine Lander Arrives On PC

Hello fellow Indie and Retro enthusiast, I’m back with a quick Indie News Update. Just recently we’ve been receiving quite a bit of E-Mails, Tweets and Facebook inquiries from many Independent Games developers. Today we talk about Martian Marine Lander….let’s go.

Here at Old School Junkie you know that we make it our mission to share our findings with the world on great Indie games, developers as well as game play videos of titles that wouldn’t normally get seen or mentioned on those mega sites. So in today’s Indie news, we wanted to share some information with you.

Martian Marine Lander is a true throwback to the classic style of the classic Arcade game Lunar Lander.

The premise is simple, you have to land your spherical ship filled with martian marines in any of the forty zones. Of course it’s not going to be easy. As you descend you’ll have to deal with ground fire, jets trying to shoot you down as well as weather elements just to name a few of your obstacles.

There are two modes of game play, ship upgrades and three difficulty levels to choose from. I’ll be capturing some game play for your entertainment of my lack luster skills, but, look for that at a later time. For now have a look at the official game play video and show some love by subscribing and liking the video.

As a bonus you can go ahead and try the game out for yourselves via the link below for the DEMO version of Martian Marines Lander for your PC.
